Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! Eastern Connecticut Ear, Nose & Throat is accepting new patients for everything from strep throat and ear infections to balloon sinuplasty and hearing aids.

What information do you need from new patients?

All new patients are asked to review our forms, complete any pertinent information, and bring this documentation to your appointment. The patient information form provides basic information such as your age, gender, contact information, and insurer. You may also designate people with whom Eastern Connecticut Ear, Nose & Throat can discuss your medical condition, diagnosis, and financial account. All new patients, or existing patients who have experienced changes in health, must fill out a medical history form. The Office and Financial Policy Agreement ensures that you understand how patients will be billed. Another form allows Eastern Connecticut Ear, Nose & Throat to disclose information to authorized individuals at your primary care physician or another relevant practice. If you are scheduled for allergy testing, please complete the Allergy History Information form.

Do you accept pediatric patients?

Yes, but minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their visit. How do I set up an appointment? Contact one of our three offices during normal business hours to set up an appointment. You can also use our online form to schedule a visit. Appointments should only be scheduled for non-urgent matters. If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911.

Can you do same day appointments?

Yes! Since we have multiple physicians and flexible physician schedules, same day appointments are available for many services.

Our Waterford office is located at 914 Hartford Turnpike, Suite 102, Waterford, CT 06385.

When are you open?

Our Waterford office hours are:

Monday | 1:30PM – 5PM
Thursday | 8AM – 12PM
Friday | 9AM – 5PM
