A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS COVID-19 UPDATE:
IMPORTANT – Because of the recent developments regarding the Coronavirus, we are continuing to follow the guidelines set forth by local, state and national entities in order to keep our patients and staff safe.
EVERYONE is required to wear a mask at all times while you are in our office. You will be responsible for providing your own mask and are required to wear it over your nose and mouth at all times while in our building. In order to limit the number of people in our waiting room, please come to your appointment alone, if at all possible, unless you are a minor or have a disability causing you to be incapable of coming to your visit alone.

We are still open and seeing patients and we continue to take important steps to protect your health and ours.
Our entire clinical staff has received the COVID-19 vaccination.
SCREENING: We continue to perform recommended coronavirus screening of all patients, visitors and staff. If you have a temperature of 99.6 or above, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you have experienced a sudden loss of smell or taste, you should self-quarantine and reschedule your appointment.
MASKS: Per CDC recommendations, all staff, patients and visitors to this healthcare facility are required to wear a mask at all times while in the building.
CLEANING: We regularly clean waiting areas, examination rooms and equipment throughout the day.
TELEHEALTH VISITS: We continue to offer virtual telehealth visits for appropriate conditions, provided your insurance covers this type of service. (Please check with your specific insurance carrier for coverage determinations.)
